Often attached to the DIY scene, The Wave Pictures is in fact a landmark of scholars and excellent musicians, and it is this background associated with a certain innocence and generosity that makes it a unique band and always so exciting ... The 20 songs of this new album evolve on various musical tempos, but what links them is this songwriting at the same time classic and out of frame which takes us far away from the daily life of a rock-addict... And we can't say enough how much David Tattersall's so particular voice has grown over time and is more and more a vector of emotions ...
